I have nothing but great things to say about the PDT training department. My sim partner is a CA upgrade and he says it’s a night and day difference from when he went through initial a few years ago

Great!! Glad to know that… I’m doing a career change in my mid 30s and looking forward to joining the team soon.

Absolutely nuts... I remember the dash they moved some with the guys that retired but we're still current. Part 91.

Zero dog in this fight, but I just had a very close friend that was 100% all about that flow, finally bailed. Absolutely could not take it anymore. The things I’ve heard from him and what I read here. Wow. Absolutely nuts. I get it’s APC, but it’s not all BS. Pretty damn incredible given the market. Oh well. I’ll be surprised to see how this plays out. Unless your truly truly imminent to flowing, I can’t see how any AA WO truly keeps it together. There’s absolutely no way any WO is hiring more than they are losing to the Big 3 and LLCs.
