Air Wisconsin will be out of business in 12 months since United didn’t renew their contract. If y’all survive by then, you’ll get more applications. But for now the Company needs to get a new pilot contract on the table ASAP or they need to be planning their golden parachutes to leave quickly.

There is no way that you’ll flow in 4 years, my guesstimate would be 7+ years. As far as I know, no one has ever flowed in 4 years, even back when the monthly new hire class sizes were roughly equal to the monthly flows. As it is, we’re flowing 6/mos and hiring ~5 times that per month. That being said, flow agreements trade certainty for time. With a flow, you’re guaranteed to get there but they generally won’t hire you before the flow so that they can avoid competing with their own regional. Sounds like you are on the right track to getting to Delta quickly but I’d recommend PSA so that once you’re senior on the seniority list you have the schedule to match. At Piedmont there isn’t a whole lot of difference between a new guy schedule and an old guy schedule.
I just interviewed and got an offer to join the cadet program. I thought I would read into the latest and greatest at Piedmont here, and I have to say, I'm pretty surprised. The recruiter said that the flow for new hires is 4 years from DOH. Ideally I would love to fly for Delta and I figured that Piedmont would be a good fit to get TPIC fairly quickly and try for DL for a few years with American as a backup. Endeavor was my dream regional but they did a screening call and gave a TBNT. I'm a little under 650 from mins and figure I'll hit them in December (potentially the reason for the 9E TBNT).
From what I've read here, it sounds like I would be crazy not only to fly for PDT, but to sign a binding contract committing for 10 months on top of that that I won't try to fly for anybody else. Am I off the mark here?

Look at the stock market today. Don’t expect steady state anything as you plan ahead.
