Fellas,

I want to remind you to keep those chins up high. Mont pilots are the best in the business and Big Daddy thinks very highly of you guys. Had the honor to fly with a flow up recently, almost brought tears to my eyes thanks to his professionalism and ability to fly the aircraft like Bob Hoover.

The flow engine is now fully spooled and humming like a Ford Mustang. On the other end, PDT is inundated with pipeline candidates just clamoring for their chance to get in the door. It is very competitive and unfortunately there is a long waiting list. 2022 is going to be incredible. It’s truly the best time ever at PDT. This isn’t your Dad’s “American Eagle.” This is PDT which far and away blows away anything of that former shell. Where else can you hire on to a major airline as a pipeline candidate? Nowhere is the answer. That’s why the qualifications and interview are so tough.

I want to remind those looking at these forums contemplating on coming to the best regional in the industry: No interview, no medical flow to mainline. Essentially you are mainline the day you step on property.

Kooj!

Of course this isn't your dad's Eagle. That's Envoy.

Coming from the CP office. If you don’t want to be JR Manned then don’t bid lines with more than 11 days off.

He’s back… different screen name… 😂

To some it is a dumpster fire; however, he sees it as a bright burning beacon of excellence that absolutely will come to Gondor’s aid riding glistening Brazilian silver steeds.

Piedmont is currently trash. The daily tweets basically begging people to work on their days off to help the company out. No thanks. Would love to see JohnnyJetprop go out there on the line and deal with 5 leg days and extensions and constant schedule changes and having no time to use the bathroom or get food. Heck, I would love to ask him why he closed the door 2 mins late! Oh wait, last min bags were added, a CAS message just popped up, the weight and balance app isn’t working, you’re still waiting on fuel, but crap the weather at your destination is awful and dispatch just filed an even worse alternate but now you’re stuck in the phone tree trying to call them but apparently now the dispatcher on your release is not the one working your flight, ground crew is now banging on the plane asking to remove the gpu and and pc air, FA is asking to move passengers and their count doesn’t match the gate agent’s count, you’re weight restricted but gate agent is asking if you can take more people. Oh **** now you’re out late and that’s all they care about.

Enjoy your 2 days off between trips. Rinse and repeat. Schedules never get better with seniority, it’s sad.

The company better try like crazy to make the quality of life better at this place if they ever want to hire anyone, or keep those that are still here.
