-non sequitur

What’s that have to do with neutrality and free speech?

Please take caution... PDT flight ops management is very good at using the legal team that is retained by PDT and the significant legal resources at AAL to make individuals life and careers hell.. seen it many. I only know 1 person out of dozens that survived.. the others wasted significant financial resources.. ALPA can only defend so much and in some instances actually may have to turn you over to the wolves. Screen shots of this forum along with FB and other forms of media are screened. Do not under estimate what can happen. Anything you have posted publicly years ago will be used against you and the pilot group. Any threats of work actions are taken serious by the company and will be used against the pilot group in negotiating and arbitration.

As far a significant MX write ups. Don't think that MX does not note who you are and that is communicated to BA who has a daily meeting with SK and MK. Everytime you have a mx delay especially if it causes a right start or D0 delay the captains name is associated with the morning 10am meeting. When you have an incident, family issue, personal issue or worse an accident, your reputation is all you have to save you. Seen this play out both ways many times at the company.

Take care of eachother out there. Don't screw over your brother or sister.

Preach. I’m all about doing my job and doing it to the best of my ability every time. I got the shot because I believed I needed it to protect some folks near to me. Just so happens now it might be required for the job and that’s fine. End of the day, we’re all in this together so in fighting does nothing. Lift each other up, do your job and be the best version of yourself you can be. Let the higher ups figure this all out. Good vibes.

FYI proof of vaccination is now a required document to bring to most of the legacy interviews right now.

No one really wants to work here since we lack in QOL, pay, and many other things. I’ve heard of people using Piedmont for interview practice lately
