It makes perfect sense. They can't upgrade FOs to Captain because they are critically short FOs, so they hire DECs....

I really hope you aren't the same JC running for PHL CA rep. Having someone this clueless in a position of responsibility with the union would be terrible for us all.

edit: your post history indicates you're a 2019 hire and you said you flew with an FO. There's only one 2019 hire thats a captain...

probably by posting some right wing i’m afraid to get vaccinated post in the fb group that he himself is an admin of while self promoting for a union position that he has no business running for.
