Big meeting next week between AAG and PDT management. Not a rumor, have confirmed through several very reliable sources. Would be nice if we heard the details right after but instead will probably have to wait until September's town hall to hear what they have to say.
Right now things don't look good as a small 50 seater airline with shrinking flying. That could change in an instant with an announcement from higher ups, who knows.

Its simply airline lore and tall tales.

I got an email 7/30/21 from the union with an update on grievances. The process is slow, it takes time.
If you want weekly updates when nothing has taken place I am sure BL will entertain you.

Piedmont did almost shut down a few years ago right before American bought it it up. Literally they were a week away.
Anyone can see that more than likely we will be having a slow fizzle out as the 145s are parked.
For new hires, heed our warning with all of the previous posts minus the management shills, or bring a tube of lube for the pain.

I really don't think you know how close piedmont flight ops was to closing the doors this time last year.... there was real conversations on this taking place. Let xpress jet and TSA be a lesson.. 50 seat aircraft and excess expense and your on the chopping block..

2) you’re comparing 2 expensive contract carriers who lost flying to all 3 legacy airlines versus a very cheap WO carrier. Not even a valid comparison

“could have just as easily…..”. But they both were not on the chopping block. Piedmont was.

An old buddy of mine used to say these ole’ 145s age like fine wine. You be good to them and operate at the HIGHEST possible standard, and they will treat you right.
I can’t help but laugh at al the doomsday talk. Piedmont shall continue to impress and be a vital part of the AA network.
Keep it up guys. We’re all so proud of you.
