I've been saying this for a while now, but I was mocked and ridiculed by the so-called "pilots" of APC. I was called a joke. But here I stand, both honest and accurate 100% of the time.
Piedmont will begin to see record-breaking hiring numbers now that demand is only going to increase from here. The cadets have been activated, thus opening additional slots for up-and-coming pilots seeking to join the American team.
The executive team at PDT/AA are proving to be THE force to be reckoned with amongst the airlines.

Piedmont has proven time and time again that they can fill the shoes that big daddy American needs filled.
Not to mention when a Piedmont pilot flows, they are coming into American with great experience that cannot be found anywhere else.

100%, it’s obvious they are having difficulty finding ways to brainwash pilots to come to PDT.
It’s simple, don’t fall for the “the flow” don’t let them blind you with “piedmont swag”, stay away. Go to PSA or Endeavor . There is ZERO reason to come to Piedmont, and now clearly someone in recruitment or management is trying to poison APC with their lies and deception.

If Piedmont is so bad, why are these guys here?
They stay because deep down they know on paper they look so competitive when it comes to getting hired at American. When American needs the big guns locked and loaded, they turn to Piedmont pilots.

When American needs flying, they turn to Piedmont to man the ship.
