We're a large company with thousands of employees. It'd be abnormal if there wasn't some sort of form to document time off from vaccination. But yeah you can jump to crazy conclusions if you want to.

And currently at a maximum of 6 per month, and cannot increase? I’d be interested in why.

Got behind the hiring curve? High outside attrition? Cannot attract new hire pilots? Schoolhouse capacity limits? Or what?

As reference, AA last full hiring year brought in 78 per month on average. There was no last half of December class, and a few other smaller classes due to the AA schoolhouse being full (or instructors taking vacation.)

No August classes either. Don’t think our recruiters need an extra Piedmont guy per month to keep the lights on

My records indicate June was 48, July was 56, Aug was 79.

Looks like a lot of schoolhouse staff took vacation in June and July. Back to normal for August. August had the standard 2 classes. They were full.

Hmm, where are you looking? There is no one on the APA seniority list with a hire date in August of 2019....

2018, which was the last full year of hiring for which I have data for each class.

The reason August 2019 had no hires was the schoolhouse was jammed with those on the Mad Dog getting trained on other equipment. Thus, no hires. The last day it flew on a “regularly scheduled flight” was right after Labor Day 2019. Trust that makes sense. Also the reason I did not use 2019 data.

Flow just got harder to sell. Endeavor now flows to DAL @ 20 per month.

Pumped for the pilots at 9E. They had an industry-leading contract and now this just makes it 100% the place to be. Trip/duty rigs. 12.5% 401K match. Much better pay. If you’re junior at an AAG WO or looking at potential places to work not sure why you wouldn’t be looking at Endeavor.
