Big picture, we’re not out of the woods yet with covid, Americans financial situation still isn’t great, maybe by keeping us small and cheap looks better, plus history proves pilots will pick up open time when premiums start being offered. Just my two cents.

AA would not shut down Piedmont. They may consolidate/merge or give a new fleet type in the future, but to shut down completely would be unrealistic.

Every PDT guy I run into has nothing but good things to say about pay, QOL, and morale. I had no idea how good things were going with you guys and how sharp your management team is.
