Perhaps. As long as there is value in the ground handling unit to keep costs contained, legal liabilities isolated to PDT and some other valuable roles.

PDT is a ground handling service company with a small airline attached to it. The -145s are a leaky lifeboat at this point, unless PDT manages to make their inspection requirements far more economical.

Its not really up to APA in bankruptcy. As much as it pains me to say it, scope might make a lot of sense to a bankruptcy judge and the creditors as the lesser of many evils.
