If I remember correctly AA abstained from holding two months of new hire classes which means they're taking 0 folks overall those months. Therefore there will be no flows those months.
As much as the folks at Envoy are freaking out, the sky isn't falling. However, folks should probably have renewed motivation to get their apps out to their other career destinations of choice in addition to AA.

The flow is good but if they hold no class dates then they are not required to send any flows. Go to whatever major offers you the first class date.

omg omg omg the world is exploding AA isnt holding 2 classes! They'll probably never hire again! Lol what the heck are you guys so worried about... they have a backlog of over 1,000 sims. FYI they usually dont hold a class in December. Move along or hey give Gojet a try.

I think this is because American is first choice of most Piedmont pilots because most live in CLT or PHL or at least close to them. A lot of guys don't even bother applying to AA outside of the flow which baffles me.
