Looks like that was written under US Airways. The “company policy“ wording may not work in their favor under AA.

If the intent was to say “per the company policy for non-furloughed pilots” it could also be read as “per the company policy for other furloughed employees”

Agreed. “In accordance with company policy available to all employees” can be read in accordance with the policy, and that the policies are available to all Employees. Should be at least grateful for the 12 months they’re going to get, most places the day you turn in your badge for furlough you’ve lost your flight benefits.

If you read through the contract it says the same thing under the mil leave section and they still get flight benefits under that.

Good thinking. Why does PDT fear landing with Flaps 22? Did you get different performance numbers or something when you got the 145's from Envoy?
