The senior VP of ground handling is our new president. According to the same email there’s more changes to management.

I am taking this as a positive move. Seems like he has had success during tough times and managed to find growth.

Many changes. This is so frustrating not knowing what the future holds for us (or the other 2 WO). I would just like to know what the "plan" is for everyone so we can all brace for impact. Change can be good, unless it means we will now be a straight ground handling company. (Pilot merger??)

What say you?

Who knows if they know yet. Plans change so quick here and PDT only gets their marching orders from AA a few months in advance. Dont read to far into it and get upset. If your getting paid right now be happy and save what you can. We are still in business right now while two pilot groups like us are on the street.

I think we will be okay though.

The email states the new president will be beneficial to the flight department as well, not sure what the panic is

yah I found that when I reread it. As we knew the next few months are going to be interesting and potentially lead to positive change (fingers crossed)

Took my first full* (49) plane out this morning. Forgot how far down the runway we used to rotate.
Keep buying tickets neighbors, it feeds a lot of families.

Tickets that actually have a positive yield are preferred.

Saw an advertisement on APC for the fastest flow to American is Piedmont and they are currently hiring. I have a few Envoy guys thinking about coming over to speed up their flow to American. Piedmont flowing to American in 4 years?
