I would personally steer them towards a charter/private operation. I don't think AA will be having classes for at least a year. That means that Piedmont won't be losing pilots and won't really be hiring much, if at all. Would be smart to get ahead of the wave and secure some income. Best of luck to them

I was in the April 27th class and was told classes after March 30th were being postponed. I was offered a spot in the March 30th class but am in no position to take it on such short notice.
