Reread the open time. They are offering triple premium for reserve. You just have to be willing to go into an overnight. Big difference from ready reserve.

The tweet said rrp. Normally they just advertise reserve... this is a departure from standard tweet phraseology

I hear 10 left outside the flow. 16 total. If they have 17 in class this month that barely covers attrition if everyone gets through.

The communication committee must’ve all gotten hired outside the flow.

Either way, schedule improvements would benefit everyone.
There is a good fraction of new hires in their 40s with a family that do care about QOL. You might be underestimating the 22 year olds who have a lot of options when it comes to getting hired at a regional. There are several regionals with PHL and CLT bases who fly shiny jets. All one has to do to learn about quality of life is scour the forums and see what people are talking about.

Looks like it might be time to start adding months to your flow predictions...

How about years? That'd be more accurate

My take away from the reduced flying:

More 20 hour layovers - same days off

Why would you want 24 hours more at home when you could have 24 hours in Harrisburg?
