We've all had problems in our lives, and there is no reason to hash out someone's personal issues on a public forum for non aviation folk to see. At the end of the day we're all pilots, and we should always support our fellow pilots when their personal lives clash with our professional lives. Even if you know the intimidate details of someones issues, it doesn't belong on a public forum.

Throwing personal character attacks shows immaturity and unprofessionalism. There is one thing about discussing the company, singling out the organization as a whole and making pilot QOL issues public, but attacking someone's character shows a lack of respect and pilot unity.

At Piedmont the pilot group has always prided ourselves that the pilot group always stands behind our pilots. It is the one thing we have always had and has set us apart from other organizations. Although our company might not be perfect, keep your discussion and character assassinations to sbaro or burger king. If you are not a Piedmont pilot please use your professional discretion and don't spread rumors.

Would I be better off at Piedmont living in CLT than PSA? I've heard that reserve at PSA is running 12+ months for FOs at all bases and captain reserve is several years.

Right now overall quality of life is better at PSA than Piedmont. You will work much less for more money, fly newer aircraft, and have more days off.

Piedmont operates on minimal reserves.
