Hello.
Just a quick question to ask time from indoc to finish IOE? Recruiter saying 4 months but I don't believe them. Also claims reserve is about 3 months atm.
Is this accurate or not?

Actually from what my FO’s are saying that is true about reserve. Also I hear no training delays as well!

Actually sounds accurate from what I've been hearing. If anything, I'm surprised reserve is 3 months, I only had 3 days on reserve but it also took me a year from Indoc to OE.

With them getting through the training glut it is true. I believe CLT is the longer time on reserve than PHL base.

Looks like a lot of forced overnights and 10 days off this month are coming.

Love how the MEC points out that the contract provision for work on a day off, doesn’t count for forced overnights.
