Anyone know the story behind this permanent bid? The bid got awarded. Then they revised the award. Now they're cancelling the whole thing, and running the bid again.

Is there a difference between this bid and the last one, as far as available vacancies go? I’m wondering if the recent spat of resignations caused them to adjust things and thus require a redo.

The union response about only bidding for a position you can fill leads me to believe someone/multiple people messed up bad. Sounds like bid for a Ca slot when they don’t want it. Can’t see why else they would mention the fact that they have never forced an upgrade....

So....... 4 new hires this month? Literally the smallest class we've had since we made $28 an hour?

Seeing how it usually takes almost a year from indoc to the line, maybe they can get 4 people done in 6 months!
