Truth. It is going to be a long road ahead for anyone who tries to fudge the numbers just to make themselves feel better. The guys flowing now are right at five years, and it's going to increase even for the august 2015 batch. Probably 5.5 years for them, and longer the farther away you got hired from that point.

I think april may june and july 2015 all go less than 5 years..

I’m so happy for those people. Good for them to get to the mothership so quickly. In the aviation industry it sometimes feels like the pilot group gets the short end of the stick. Seeing/hearing people getting out of here in under 5 years is awesome. Congrats!!
