How so? Figure 725 on the list more or less. 100 don’t want the flow for one reason or another. Takes it down to 625. Average 8 a month/96 per year due to flow/attrition. Puts it at 6.5 years. I would say 7. Just my 2 cents. More importantly. What about that Miami base?

Works out to be roughly 8.5 years in that regards for the last man on the list. If it works out better than that, great. But don’t get your hopes up as a new hire.

70 is the flow line right now, and over my first two years it’s been an average of 2 to outside attrition per month for me. However, attrition goes down as you get closer to flow. Therefore, I use 7 (6 flow + 1 outside attrition.) Also, AA runs 11 months of classes per year normally.

^ this math is much more accurate.
The sad thing is that even with this highly over conservative calculation. That is still much LONGER than the recruiting or company 4-5 year BS.
