After the semi-annual Seniority list adjustment 730 pilots are on the list including 9 new hires for July.
There were 742 in June. Accounting for the 6 flow that is a net loss of 15 to retirement or resignation.

It's 3 flows per month plus 1 for every 125 we are over 350. So over 475 to flow 4, over 600 to flow 5, and over 725 to flow 6. If/when we drop below 725 pilots on the seniority list, (per the company's interperatation of the contract) we will drop to flowing 5 a month again.

Someone posted a while back that we are protected from dropping to a lower flow rate. Like to know how true it is though. Granted, would not be a smart move as it may make more people leave sooner.

Even with our new pay rates, we shrunk 12 pilots this month even after counting the July new hires.
