I don't know if I can continue anymore. I'm sick of having the rainbow flag shoved down my throat. I don't care what people do at home, but I don't think it should be brought up and amplified in a business. Going to withdraw my app. Forcing company-wide minority sexual preferences in the spotlight is not something I'm looking for in an employer. Good luck!

That sounds like a great TMAAT story for your next employer.

Genuinely curious, when things were that bad, why did you bother at all?

Withdraw your app? If you haven’t been called yet, they probably don’t want to hire you anyway. Doesn’t sound like your actually cut out for this type of work anyway...

😂😂😂😂

Hey grandpa, this might blow your mind, but you may wanna just withdraw from the entire industry. We're accepting and stuff now.

Of all the reasons to NOT choose Piedmont (and there's quite a few), this guy is withdrawing his app (omg the horror!) because it's an inclusive an accepting company 😂😂😂😂

We don't want you. I'm glad I won't have to share a cockpit with you. Good luck getting hired at any company in nearly any industry with that attitude.

AA might be able to afford losing 1 of the WO that doesn’t play ball, but all 3 would have really crippled them. But that’s water under the bridge now.
Like it or not, if it wasn't for PSA taking that deal, we wouldn't be enjoying higher pay rates for (nearly) zero concessions. I, along with a number of others, lost pay in the short term, but it's a long term gain for the pilot group as a whole. We do have PSA to thank, even if its just upper management playing games.

Before the total time rule change that was the nature of a lot of regionals. My first year at Colgan in 2010 paid about 21,000 (somewhere in this range anyway) before taxes. The 1500 hour rule changed that.
