I’m waiting on seeing it paper/electronic signatures before I start the clock or say anything else.

If hired today, how far out are class dates? Are there still massive training delays?

They’ve been hard up for applicants so it could be as early as the next class. Expect training to take 9-12 months to finish OE and you won’t be disappointed.

Training delays have come down from what they used to be.

Hey potential new hires listen up. Your pay raise is actually a pay decrease. Sure I agree it’s better to have your bonuses in the form of higher wages. However, it does not change the fact that you still will make less overall without the retention bonuses.
Oh ya, the company may be advertising the new rates on the website, but it’s straight up false advertising. Guess what we just got paid today? If you guessed the old rates you are correct and should be smart enough to figure out the rest, that this is not a place to come to.

Nobody to blame except ALPA for not getting the new rates in today’s check.

No excuses. The company should not be advertising new pay rates that are NOT being paid out. It is literally fraud to advertise new rates while still paying out under the old. Regardless of what’s going on with ALPA.
I concur mantis. Here come the sympathizers that seem to never hold the company accountable.

Love how you guys are all bent out of shape about having to wait 2 more weeks to get the money but we’re fine with the union wasting a couple of months of pay on pointless “negotiations”.

Your going to get paid will just be on the next check. Not that big of a deal.
