I saw a few on the seniority list starting 6/5. Some were listed as August, probably a typo.

Those were 5/6 and not 6/5 hires. Yes on the 8/6 typo.

8 NH FOs added 6/3/19. 742 total pilots. Retirements and other attrition in addition to Flow.

You said it yourself. We're not in contract negotiations. I sincerely hope you're not one of the pilots representing us. With the mindset of "don't do that, management might overstep and consider that inappropriate" we'll never get anywhere...

Sure would be nice! Tell your Reps how you feel as we go another day without our pay raises. Be sure to thank them for all they’ve negotiated for us so far 🙄

Gotta have a spine to ever gain anything. Bending over at every turn gets us nowhere.

So taking free money is “bending over”? All the union has done is cost the pilot group hundreds of thousands of dollars the last two months.

You don’t have to be in contract negotiations to have the company claim you are fomenting a work action. Look at PSA just last year... What you say now, EVERY single post on here calling for whatever is documented and stored by your management to use in their favor when/if the time comes. Make no mistake, management does this. And all you do is hurt your position in future arbitration, litigation, negotiations etc.

Soon enough.....then we can start building leverage. Everyday we make more money and recruiting and retention remains stagnant or gets worse.
