PDT pilots do not have the leverage they think they do. They also forget how good regional pilots have it nowadays. Just remember that management is a lot smarter than you think they are and will always be three steps ahead.

I’d beg to differ on AAG management. They always seem to be 3 steps behind the industry.

I don’t see how the raise would convince anyone not already convinced to come to Piedmont to come. If money and QOL is your priority, then even after the raise Piedmont won’t be your #1. If living in base in PHL is your thing, then a raise or no raise likely won’t sway your decision. I do not think these raises are going to open the flood gates of new hires like some of you seem to think.

Either way, from the other WO that's negotiating, please stop shooting yourself in the nuts and don't negotiate in public. Whichever way you want to go, talk to your reps. With this discussion you are hurting yourselves and, on the tangent, the other WO that's negotiating.

Your not even at Piedmont. Also I’m not in limbo. I’m heading out sooner rather than later. Sorry that Envoy management won’t even offer you guys the pay raises.

The company is now refusing to pay extension pay as its burying it in the modified min day pay. Terrible...

No I’m not, but it’s obvious what you’re doing.

I just left Envoy for a great gig (non flow).
