Aag overall investment in RAH is much more than all 3 WO combined... than we can add in the 2 subsidiary payments to mesa in 17 and 18 that aag made among with the renegotiated capital agreement...

Again, the whole reason regionals exist in the first place is to keep costs low.

You’re almost proving my point. 26% isn’t enough to shut down Republic. 100% is. And even if the Republic’s pilots and/or management tries to strong arm American, don’t think for one second AAG won’t take at least some of their flying or routes and give them to someone else.

S. T. F. U. already. Email your reps with your #takethemoney opinions. If you are mngnt trying to stir the pilot pot you are reprehensible and part of the problem. Go learn some decency from PSA mngnt. They seem to do a better job.

Aside from the F&H friends posting, Piedmont line pilots seem to be happy with how their union is handling things so far and are content to let the process work.
The take the money and run crowd don’t seem to have a vested interest in the good of the greater good of the pilot group as a whole. One is a self proclaimed friend of people in management, another has a resignation letter pending, there’s maybe a pre retirement gentleman looking to beef up his pension points and all but one of the rest don’t even work at Piedmont. The union reps won’t be getting many emails telling them to stop working on improvements for their pilot group. They certainly wont receive more than the overwhelming number of emails they got from the group seeking improvements.

I’m all for more days off, higher credit trips, a real min day, no in your face and up your @55, no extensions, not fighting for credit that was obviously in your line but got cancelled, pay that’s equal to the other WO; to name a few.
Have a nice day.

I mean at this point, even if taking the money is the best this pilot group can get, it's setting a terrible precedent for our future negotiations and for Envoy. I think the union did the right thing by trying to push for more, but if after all this we settle for the company's original offer, they're gonna keep that in the front of their minds next time we go to the table for something.

But if classes stay full they will do nothing or next to it. If they are empty then IMHO they will give us little band aids on a big wound.
We waiting 6 months last year just to see a painfully bad new contract!!
