There are people who paid their dues here and they wasnt what's fair and to make it better for those they leave behind. If AAG and piedmont can't make it happen I hope pdt flight department burns to the ground than, as this is a whole new world where we as the labor are ever more important than they realize.

Your joking right... you've been great maybe a year... you came in as a direct entry captain scab,, took bonuses and captain pay from day one against the cba while ur brothers and sisters sit at min pay fo rates, unable to upgrade.

Not to change the conversation amid all this speculation, but I want to start lining up possibilities for myself. Who do you guys use to review your application review and interview coaching? Delta and American are my top choices with JetBlue and Southwest as my second choices.
Once you get a bite then spend the money on interview prep if you feel you need to

We still would be the second best paid 50 seat pilots. Not “near the bottom”. Again if the union wants to go back and fourth to get a few more little QOL improvements that’s fine. As long as they ensure the company retro activates the pay raise to when all this started because right now it’s costing the average 3 year captain about $1,000 a month in pay.

Realistically they will only probably back date to the first of the month in the month that the agreement is reached.

Damn I got in your head. I don't think I said take or don't I just offered a cpl of likely outcomes. BECAUSE I know these people and how they work, strategies etc. Do what you want! Like I always say I only want the success of PDT and their pilots. Even you. Off topic and this is an honest question, why did you decide on Piedmont for your regional job? Honestly wanna know.
