I hope whenever they do hash out a deal it includes retro pay from when they first offered the pay.

Not to change the conversation amid all this speculation, but I want to start lining up possibilities for myself. Who do you guys use to review your application review and interview coaching? Delta and American are my top choices with JetBlue and Southwest as my second choices.

I used emerald coast for interview prep and have been happy with them so far.

Take the PSA 50 seat unblended pay, which would keep us at the bottom of the pay scale still, and nothing else, was the company “counter” offer. Union is exploring its options and debating its next move.

Emerald Coast is good for most of that list except SWA. My friends experience has been that Emerald Coast is not good for SWA (Several are at Delta now after the TBNT after their SWA interview using Emerald Coast prep.)

Rebekah Krone at Career Takeoff is good for SWA.

Please explain to me how taking PSA 50 seat pay would keep us at the bottom of the pay scale?

The only 50 seat pilots that would make more are 9E and only by a few dollars.

9E’s 200 rates are about $10hr more than what I’ve seen for PSA 200 rates! That’s a pretty big margin!
