Yep, drag it out. Let’s see how many show up for class this month. Frustrating that management wants to play hard ball for industry standard QOL improvements, but we really have nothing to lose.

This is just a clear message to new hires that piedmont management will do the bare minimum throughout your career here at piedmont. Let this be a warning to everyone with this place on your list.

Imho opinion... republic, endeavour, skywest.. if you need to flow, PSA.

Envoy qol has similar issues that we are having.

Well I’m just going off the fact the recruiting department has been told recruit for attrition only. I know a lot of you were in the same room and heard the same things. Classes will only be 10-15 in size going forward and the only reason March was low is due to a snafu with one of the cadet schools. Also the actual number leaving to frontier is probably more around 10-12 not 30+

I’m all for getting as much as we can but I’m also realistic.

This was a miscommunication between Charlotte training department and recruiting... as well as a statement by sk during our ta negotiations.

Piedmont training is only able to handle no more than 30 pilots a month.

it isn't really humorous at all. Always admired the airline that took the Piedmont name. It was a nice and friendly airline. Great employees. Good for those who wanted to stay, and those who wanted to leave. Great safety record as well.
I hope it makes the changes needed to attract new pilots. Right now, it's not working.
