management doesn’t think change is needed to attract pilots. we are still performing better than the other wo so they won’t change anything.

I hope our mec calls the bluff....

You know they are going to want this signed before the next class date... another p!ss pour showing doesn't look good in the monthly metrics reports.

Just increase the flow. Get out of here ASAP. They aren't going to fix anything. The best fix is to GTFO.

Relax....

If there was no counter proposal, NC didn’t do their job. If the NC asked for $50/h raises, the company would counter with 30/h.

If there was no counter, that means the NC asked for 10/h, then the company would have quickly agreed before we could actually ask for something better.

The NC did best to shoot for the moon. The company brings their high offer down, but knows it needs to be decent enough to get a vote.

It’s called negotiating.

There is no bluff to call. Nobody wants to go to Piedmont now. A new hire is looking at a 10 yr flow and the worst quality of life of any regional.
Somebody in your management better get serious, because nobody in their right mind will go to Piedmont right now.
It must be embarrassing to have paid all that money to F&H Solutions thinking they could continue to attempt to screw Piedmont pilots in this environment. F&H loved hosing airlines post 9-11. They are giving very bad advice now. Whoever made that decision to use them now should be canned. You are in the drivers seat this time. Enjoy the drive. Jerry Glass must be feeling very impotent.
Republic is picking every pilot up available. Who can be blamed for going there? They have a lot to offer.




F&H must hate Airline Pilot Central. The truth is very painful.
