When you flow to AA, you will bid for base and fleet during indoc. If I can recall, I've haven't heard a lot AA new hires getting 757/767 phx bases. A lot were LA, DCA, LGA, 737/A320

If you have to wait for the equipment/base that you want, there's no good reason to not do that with an AA seniority number vs. sticking around at a regional.

Above is the April drop. MIA is junior so won't have a problem getting there. PDT latest upgrade time is 6 months.

Looking at the new hire thread looks to be about 10 months. Best bet would be to commute to LGA for a while.

I know for a fact that a few got DCA from the Feb new hire class.

Hey guys, will my significant other get travel benefits while I am in training? Or can I fly back home on the weekends? Also, can someone please PM me their typical FO E145 KPHL schedule? I am in July class and wanted to get a better picture what to expect.
