Before I go any further, I'm not disagreeing with you. It's gonna make a mess.
When this went on for the roadshow, the NC sold it that way, and the absence of language was the protection. There is nothing in the contract about it reversing; therefore, they cannot reverse it. Ask any of the guys who voted this in, they voted on it with the idea that it would not be reversed. The company had this understanding as well when it was negotiated.
Where this will go, who knows, I certainly hope that it goes in our favor. It's the only thing we have at this point.

I don’t think you have a full grasp on exactly what transpired between PSA ALPA, our management, and AAG. We got some pretty big somethings for nothing recently between our new pay rates and our premium pay LOA. And there have been several other recent improvements plus more to come.
If you don’t think what the pilots at PSA have achieved recently is good then do better. We’ll be cheering you on the whole way. I hope you get pay raises that are better than ours. I won’t feel slighted in the least if you end up with more than us.
We are benefitting from new union leadership that is hellbent on making big positive strides for this pilot group and management that shares many of their views and vision for us. Our union and our leadership at PSA went to bat for us with AAG and swung for the fences. And look where it got us.

Isn’t first year FO pay still technically in the region of $25/hour? Everyone is just bumped up to year 3 pay. That was the justification I remember for not increasing FO pay at all with last year’s TA. A percentage match based increase wouldn’t necessarily help you in that situation?

Couple bits of good news for yall even if it has to go to the courts for the first one. The NC has very clear notes and it was agreed upon in the room the flow can never go below the highest it gets to. If they are stupid enough to do that they are digging their own grave.
Secondly your raises are coming. 100%. No conditions on them.
