There are times when even putting out what some would consider a rumor, besides the fact that your raises are coming, can create big problems. There will be some crap sandwiches but in the end there is only one thing that AAG can do to protect their pilot pool that is shrinking everyday.

I get where you're coming from on the communication part. They can't play cards that haven't even been dealt to them yet.
But what else have these relationships gotten us? We're in last place and have always been in last place. We're always told to trust what goes on behind the scenes, but nothing that's happened behind the scenes has really been good. At this rate, we would have been better off shut down and all of us at other airlines long ago.
Also had to laugh at the notion of AAG wanting to shut down Piedmont but not doing it because of some friendship between our MECC and some big whigs. No matter your stance on what else you say he has done for our pilot group, that is far fetched to say the least.
A big part of his job is instilling confidence in those he represents about his ability to represent us. That is gone, and has zero chance of returning. It's long time for him to go

What that relationship has done. It kept PDT alive. It truly did. You had to laugh that the relationship kept pdt alive? That's fine. But it's true. You new guys were going to be given pref interviews at PSA and ENY if you were on property during wind down. You believe it's far fetched. That's fine its your opinion. At the same time it is true.
What else has it gotten you... the flow. The foundation of that started prior to the pref hiring agreement which I'm sure was before your time and other things I simply cannot say on a public msg board.

Dude, I get it. It's impossible to trust and be ok with what some dude says on a message board.

The flow I attribute to some of the other guys on that negotiating committee, not BF. They were in the trenches and they deserve the credit (MB for example). We aren't going to see eye to eye on this, and that goes for the vast majority of this pilot group. And that is a major issue in and of itself

Well, you don't know who I am but thanks for calling me a new guy. AAG is a business and they aren't going to keep PDT alive because BF is someones friend. That's got to be a joke.
