PSA will never care about their actions being selfish. They have set the standard for cutting throats and it makes sense that they wouldn’t concern themselves with the impact that their actions have on others. I’m happy that one of the three of us got a raise, it will come to the other two, but I have a feeling that AAG chose PSA first for a reason.
I mean if hating PSA helps you sleep at night then by all means it's no skin off my nose, this is just a job and this career is all about the luck of the draw. PSA got lucky, that's all there is to it.

To be fair let's not pretend that Envoy or Piedmont would have said no if AA offered y'all a $15 raise with no strings attached.

History shows PSA seems to jump at the first offer. No wonder AA went to them first.

I would hope our union wouldn’t get lured into signing the NDA and get caught up in secret squirrel crap. With all three MECs in communication we would’ve had a fighting chance to get maximum leverage in this situation for the betterment of everyone. PSA played right into managements hands.

AAG is that afraid of losing you guys. Trust me if you want or not but I know. Huge pay raise first. When attrition doesn't stop get ready for something that has never happened before to happen.

It'll happen. AA and DAL cannot afford to lose a single one of you to Spirit, F9, Moxy, Xtra, anyone. They are behind the 8 ball but it's going to happen. Even if it happens to Envoy first then y'all merge with them but it will happen sooner than later.

The status quo isn't but it's a stepping stone game. If you think I have zero credibility then you don't know who I am and that's fine and I could give a crap. BF is probably the best MECC option on the current list and would support him. You have ZERO idea how things work in that portion of the industry. If you hate PDT, leave. But you wont bc you want the flow. You're part of the problem then. People like you make me laugh.
