PSA will never care about their actions being selfish. They have set the standard for cutting throats and it makes sense that they wouldn’t concern themselves with the impact that their actions have on others. I’m happy that one of the three of us got a raise, it will come to the other two, but I have a feeling that AAG chose PSA first for a reason.

Bringing up old history doesn't get me better now...
AA better move quick to increase pay at the other two WO... if not, PSA takes Piedmont pilots. Word is another flow increase is being hashed out as well and the increases in scheduling at the training center helps PSA facilitate that.

Don’t forget out PSA got the regional jets in the first place.... Same story since the 90s.

Just stop with merger talks. They need three for a perfect whipsaw. Good grief just gotta keep beating that dead horse.

And a more drop off as they become line qualified at AA... The dumpster has unlimited fuel at this point.

Whipsaw days are over for now and the near future. If given the choice between maintaining their whipsaw ability down the road or having a good chunk of their regional feed crumble which do you think they’ll choose? It’s easy to create a whipsaw down the road if the market ever swings back that way.

Piedmont’s days are numbered. At least as being called “piedmont”. Right now it doesn’t make sense for the 3 WO’s to have to compete against each other for recruiting.

Oh boy another freaken email!!!! So what I just read is, expect the same bs from your MEC bc everything takes months for us to review and weeks to setup a meeting. BF is balless! If you ask me this situation we are in is pretty cut and dry. He is trying to justify his time and salary. I’d be willing to bet if this situation isn’t solved within the next few days you will see a bunch of planes getting fixed properly and a bunch of dr notes being written. Mark my word!

Your point being, what.
You went to a scab operation and you have nothing to do with it. Yeap, newbie fuz.

Calm guys, all 3 will have similar raises. There is something very big going on behind the scenes AA and DAL cannot afford to lose their RJ lift because of poaching by F9 spirit Blue and others. The changes to Endv, pdf, PSA and envoy over the next cpl years will blow you away.
