Frontier/Spirit have everything to gain by hiring Piedmont pilots. Pilots already flying jets, and a chance to damage the regional setup in PHL that AA operates. AA needs to cease the neglect, or it's going to be extremely costly soon.

If they were to do it then there would be numerous issues. The bases need to be fenced until the f/o’s on each property have the opportunity to upgrade on their equipment, the flow is the biggest, pay & compensation, and others.

Name it what you want. As long as it goes under the Envoy certificate. No offense but you guys have had way too many issues with the 145. Clearly Envoy has a better run training department and our CMO is nowhere near the PITA that yours is. The landing data alone that you guys are using is so prohibitive, and EWBS would make your life better as well.
