Enoy and PSA both require you to be a CA to flow. Just a matter of time before Piedmont makes it that way.

Any rumors of a flow increase are just wishful thinking on the part of pilots, or tools to give pilots hope in order to get them to stop leaving and to continue to fill classes.

If the flow increases there will be some restrictions put in place.

Captain, 2 years, no medical leave or military leave in an x period before flow, in good standing and no checkride failures.

Yes, management is gonna tell the pilots they can't fulfill their military duty or take time off when medically unfit to fly. Brilliant.

I rate this rumor 10/10 would spread.

How exactly do they plan on getting around federal law on the mil leave issue?

Probably just means you can’t actually flow while on military leave. Have to come back and get back on the line first
