If you think you know what the problem on your app is and it's fixable, then fix it. If I remember the FO recruiter correctly an applicant can reapply in 6 months after an unsuccessful attempt.

For new guys applying, I would have a current Piedmont pilot review your resume first and then send it in as a recommendation to the recruiters BEFORE you submit to airline apps. I have seen lots of errors on apps and it does help to have an internal rec.

Feel free to pm me.. we can discuss. Also a call to a recruiter wouldn't hurt.

This is also Important... my airline app (along with some others) was being held in some sort of limbo where for whatever reason there was something on the app that was preventing it from being automatically pushed to the company... they only realized this after several applicants contacted them about their application status.

Worse case is someone in pilot recruitment could offer suggestions on how to improve your application to make yourself more competitive.

Worse case is the recruiter will send a TBNT letter right away. They are too busy and generally will not give you feedback especially if you have correctable mistakes on your app. As stated previously PM any pilot on this board and have them review your resume and submit it internally. They can help you correct any mistakes before it gets seen by the recruiters...and also will be seen the same day as submitted.

What are the schedules like for the jet in phl? I've read 4 on, 3 off.
How many legs per day?
Early starts, late finishes?
Are there many day trips, or are you gone for the entire trip?

If someone could post a typical month, I'd appreciate it.

4 on 2-3 off is the average. You will fly 1-5 legs in a day, although i havent had a 5 leg day in some time. Lots of afternoon starts and reasonable finishes (very commutable). No day trips or 2 days unless it is a modified trip due to overlap from prior month/interface or you pick it up ($$$) A couple 3 days but majority are 4 days. Min credit for 4 day is 16 hours. No airport or "hot" reserve.

Pretty much what he said. You can have whatever schedule you wish, as long as it's 4 on 2 off and 11 days off each month.

I would apply elsewhere in the meantime and take what you get, and you can probably reapply in 6 months. Recruiters generally will never give you any feedback about why you were sent a TBNT. They also cite legal reasons.
