8-11 months from Indoc to OE complete
17-20 months averaging 50-60 hours a month of actual flying (factoring cancellations, displacements and deadheads etc.)
3-6 months from start to completion of OE for captain.
28 to 37 months at current training backlog rates give or take.
Note: that timeline may actually increase a good bit as the training backlog clears and NH FOs start sitting reserve for decent periods of time. There’s about 120 in training that need the full 1000hrs.

Let me clarity that.. if you can make 100k this year... 150k next year.. that's money in your pocket today that you are investing in your future... not wide body captain pay 20 years from now...
Make your money today.. not on promises tomorrow.. make sense?
If you can live with the 2 on 2 off... which i could, get out of this place. Its slowly killing u.
