But he is not your friend in the perspective of understanding how to implement a positive style of management. Instead of really trying to run the operation in the manner of Southwest or Delta with many positive styles of dealing with employees, he has been involved with the very negative style used at USAirways, and AA under Parker.
Your grievances go through the roof, your pay is always being screwed with, your scheduling will suck. It will never get better. You got a survey to make you think they care. They don't. If they did, you wouldn't see all the pay problems. It was the same at Airways.
They hire a known labor busting firm, F&H Solutions. Same as at Airways. Pay issues were rampant. He just knows no other way of doing things, and even if he wanted to, Parker would not let him be better. Why would he ever hire someone from Great Lakes, a known dog of the industry? Because he will do their bidding, and most likely he is related to Parker or somebody else in management.
Until people stop coming it will be the same. Expect them to throw more money to attract new hires. None for you.
Good luck. You are going to need it.
