Nothing taken personally, Envoy management works the LOA’s and contract to their advantage just like they do at PDT as you would expect.
I just find it funny that 99% of the time the guys that jump on here and scream “vote with your feet”, are too chicken**** to do it themselves, in essence just trying to thin out the queue ahead of them as well as try to get management to notice and force improvements.
You said yourself, short of another legacy calling you, you’re not going anywhere.
Just my 2c

Next time I'm at ORD, remind me to mention that fact to the guys about to flow from Envoy after ten years and getting boned by PSA's vote. I'm sure they'll be thrilled to hear your line.

As an Envoy guy I hope that you all know that we are behind you in your fight for a better contract. Bringing you up to our abysmal pay rates isn’t good enough. We all deserve to be compensated like the professionals that we are (except the PSA guys who voted yes, the can choke and die).
Well stated!

Doesn’t matter. Anyone who came to PSA did so either without doing their homework on the past sins of PSA, or because they just don’t care. Neither one is an excuse. The PSA pilots slit the throats of an entire industry and opened the floodgates of management abuse at a time when the regionals were poised to make gains.

Sad but true!
