I just find it funny that 99% of the time the guys that jump on here and scream “vote with your feet”, are too chicken**** to do it themselves, in essence just trying to thin out the queue ahead of them as well as try to get management to notice and force improvements.

You said yourself, short of another legacy calling you, you’re not going anywhere.

Just my 2c
Legacy, j blue, ups, and fedex.. I've even considered others... and yes my aps are out with internal recs at all.. I'm trying.. every month that goes by is a month of seniority, good pay and better qol that I'm missing. And that tears me up..

Next time I'm at ORD, remind me to mention that fact to the guys about to flow from Envoy after ten years and getting boned by PSA's vote. I'm sure they'll be thrilled to hear your line.

Well stated!

I’ve decided to adopt the same care and attitude of our rampers. Whatever.

Doesn’t matter. Anyone who came to PSA did so either without doing their homework on the past sins of PSA, or because they just don’t care. Neither one is an excuse. The PSA pilots slit the throats of an entire industry and opened the floodgates of management abuse at a time when the regionals were poised to make gains.
