Takes? It’s handed to you without lube. The triple isn’t always offered. I love how guys think it’s a given and since I have more than two already I’ll really say “just take triple instead” as bs.

If this is the case you should probably be a no vote for this crap TA we are about to be presented and forego the triple for good measure.

Go home days and early reports will be terrible for commuters IMHO. As much as the interface sucks this consession is not something i would like to take.
The company should want to be ridding the interface, and improving scheduling efficiency without negotiations.
Word on the street is this place is terrible and it really can be at times.
Our management is completely incompetent and impotent in improving the efficiency, on time performance, reliability and coverage, and instead are driving the company into a worse hole.
We have cheif pilots now calling hotels to see what the van times were in the morning when someone is on a reduced rest and there flight is delayed. Instead of increasing line and scheduling efficiency, they are going to put pressure on individual pilots to make them look better, refuce safety standards for what?
This ta a big deal for the pilot group. Vote yes or no but vote with what's best for you.

If they need coverage, they need to build it in to the lines. If there's not room to do that, they need to get more efficient. If they're incapable of that, they need incentivize pilots to voluntarily pick up extra work.
The interface and unlimited extensions both need to go. They're both counter to the concept of bidding and holding lines.

Don’t think about calling in fatigued either, you’ll get to dance w the chief pilot and have to justify your fatigue call.

First and foremost, vote your conscious.
I just want to remind everyone that this was a mid-term negotiation and by giving us something to “vote” on, the company has satisfied it’s obligation per the contract. So a no vote will mean things stay exactly the same until 2021 when the next mid-term negotiation happens or hiring/attrition becomes an issue. This contract is NOT amendable until 2023 or 24 or something ridiculous.

Voting yes or no is an individual choice, but let's not put any artificial pressure on ourselves.

I just hope it is clear to people that the company does not need to come back with anything until the operation necessitates it. They have bargained “in good faith” and complied with the language in the LOA simply by reaching this point. I feel there is a portion of people here who think that a NO vote means they come back with a better offer until we vote yes - which is not true.
