Also 9E has almost instant upgrades for those with the time. No bonus but first year captain pay even on the 200 is 80+

It will be over a year since I interviewed and was told "we're real close to 6/month". Considering I was also told "3-5 years to flow", and there's no way for that to work out unless the top half of the seniority list decides to walk, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

That’s what happens when their flow calculations include expected attrition.

Add to the list of "things I know now, that I didn't even know to ask about".

And why shouldn’t they factor in average attrition?

Because it's not "average". It only matters who's above you, and that number will decrease the higher you get. Not only because there are less people to be there, but because people will be willing to stick it out if they're that close.

Well presenting a number based off 6 a month is completely unrealistic as well

To be fair even as a junior person it’s averaging 2.8 to outside attrition for me. Everyone assume hiring will pick up but that is also assuming people 2 years from the flow will have a fire lit under their ass to apply.
