Piedmont Airlines pilots definitely better collectively stand together for better. Why pilots would come here now is questionable.
The rest of the regional pack is far more attractive.
SAP at PSA especially......

Everyone has their reasons on why they go where they go.

Also one thing to remember on “days off” would you rather have 3 days off with non commutable trips on both ends which means 1 day off, or have 2 days off and have a commutable trip on both ends which gives you two full days at home.

Sure we all want the most days off possible, however sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for.

PSA has PHL, CLT, DCA.....

Why do more days off equal trips that aren't commutable? That's the first time I've heard someone scoff at more days off

Plus, commutable trips have only been around for like four months, will it stay that way as our flying changes? Your guess is as good as mine but I personally wouldn't bet on it.

I [we] want 3 days off min with commutable on both ends as it is now and no there is no reason to sell us short as a group and give up concessions for it. If we all stopped thinking this way maybe just maybe we’d have Endevaor rates EVENTUALLY.

Yes but they’re all pretty senior I believe. New hire is going to DAY most likely.

I’m not scoffing at days off. I even said more days off the better. However my point was even if we have min 3 days off between trips doesn’t mean QOL will automatically be better. Still need commutable trips.

It's not days off, its efficiency. They could make an attractive 3-4-4 off 11 off schedule if they worked at it. I dont think that they get that 2 days off only worked when everyone was suckered into living in base.
