Lol union is weak. Just wait till this latest negotiation process and the “fruits” of it are announced. I’m surprised we aren’t paid FO rates until off high mins.

Ha ok. You should volunteer some of your time to make it less weak then. Honestly I can’t wait to see when people like BF retire and your young MEC tries to hold the place together. It will be entertaining to watch some of the tough talking people on this forum get a nice little reality check. I used to be the same way, then I volunteered and learned how things really work.

In other news, flow has been officially increased to 6 per month thanks to our latest newhire class. Average attrition of 2.8 per month over the past 5 months, from the 500+ seniority range.
For prospective buyers: most junior man is #727 and most junior flow is #80, he/she will flow in 72 months from today if you take into the flow of 6 + a consistent 3 per month to outside attrition. I feel this is a fair and conservative estimate considering outside hiring should pick up, but also that attrition impacts more senior people less.

Eh, it's just a rough estimate. I mean if not this month than next. And yes, I based my numbers on sequence not seniority, but from the new seniority list posted today.
To be honest, I base my flow on the number we flow only and not with attrition. I honestly hope to leave to a carrier of my choosing before my number comes up. However, If I came on here and said it was 108 months people would lose their mind and tell me how much hiring is going to pick up.
Plan for the worst and hope for the best, right?

Sorry if I have rubbed people the wrong way with anything I’ve said.
I know I probably won’t win any popularity contests being a DEC around here.
