PSA has “SAP” which I hear is great for QOL. Piedmont doesn’t. Piedmont also doesn’t have QOL unless you enjoy 4/2 schedules. If you meet the times then you’ll be expedited through upgrade at PDT. Our instructors have a pretty decent QOL and get the same benefits and flow that the rest of us are getting.

There is a big difference in our flow language though. PDT cannot stop you from flowing unless there is an open disciplinary investigation, and you can flow after your discipline has been served (excluding termination obviously). PSA has certain disciplinary measures that can make you ineligible to flow or withhold you from flowing for a specified period of time. A PSA pilot can probably explain it better as I am not intimately familiar with all the details. Additionally, PDT allows you to flow back after unsatisfactory completion of training at AA under certain circumstances. I do not know if PSA has that option, I know Envoy does not.
I'm hoping a PSA pilot can clarify the details i am either missing or misunderstanding.

I assume something like that would have been announced in the leadership change email. How would that work anyways? EL gets promoted, MS flows, and MK is relieved so we just wouldn't have a CP??
