I agree with this too. But it’s the principle. Why have an LOA if it doesn’t stick??

Maybe not many right now but that’s expected to change for both FO’s and CA’s. It’s easy to dismiss now but it’ll likely be a big deal in the future. Just ask reserves at Envoy or Skywest right now.

Not saying it’s the only thing that should be addressed, but it certainly should be in there.

I’m almost positive the company doesn’t have an agreement with the flight attendants or mechanics for 175s and that was a prerequisite. I’d be willing to bet mgmt never attempted because they know both groups would be hard sells (as they should).
