If it’s not “good” then the roads are better elsewhere. Folks shouldn’t be afraid to “vote” with their feet and go someplace better.

What gives you that impression?

The letter we received literally said that the terms AIP aligned with the goals set by the MEC from the onset of negotiations?

I guess it should be interesting.

I can guarantee you will see a bunch of guys walk... all FO’s can easily find better work rules, qol, and pay at other airlines with a flow.

I heard the same. This morning. **** raises but QOL improvements. Passed MEC vote on QOL only. SkyWest will laugh at us at how little raises we got
