That all sounds great. Until scheds and CPO state. We don’t interpret it that way. Fly it and grieve it. MK style of doing business.
I love how everyone thinks this is a white collar job. This is a blue collar job that we wear white shirts to work. I wish our union and our approach as pilots was more blue collar. Like. Oh you want to junior man me? Ok. Sure send the crew card. Wait a bit to see how tired you are after a full days work to a JM. If fatigued. Call fatigued get a hotel from them and chill out. File your fatigue report and call them back in ten hours after you are rested. I had a talk one time with the FAA. And this particular gent asked me why PDT has one of the lowest Fatigue rates in the industry? Hmmm, I wonder. When we have people who ***** about guys calling in sick because it hurts scheduling?
We’re gonna get a five dollar an hour raise and take it like a Tijuana Callgirl

Negotiations/pay
ANYTHING out there about negotiations?? Seems like alot of emails about nothing lately. We need huge improvements in all areas and everything has been hush-hush since the negotiations began... Is that a good or bad sign....

It's normal for negotiations. Doesn't make it suck any less while we wait.

Lots of rumors floating around and even if they are true they can change as negotiations progress, Joys of the give and take as things progress.
