They are still using popsicle sticks with our names down there..

And they spend their time chasing people down for military orders, bereavement proof, have a disaster with coverage every interface, chasing people down with fatigue and sick calls. Instead they should concentrate their time on fixing antiquated systems, get real talent in headquarters and well what am i kidding.. I was so optimistic the last two years but it's exactly like it was when I first joined ...

Piedmont needs to get their stuff together

I'm a line qualified captain with plenty of 121 experience and the way this company is ran is absurd. If anyone has any self respect they should be looking for another job. Everyone I talk to on the line is looking for a new job.

Then management has is right where they want us. All they have to do is give something a little bit better than the intentional **** they are giving us and we will sign right up. Classic negotiations and we are falling for it.
